Legal entity: StockTradersPress (“STP”) is the publishing name of Corporate Communications Corp., and appears on all research reports.
 
Compensation / Analyst Certification: STP is a subscription based service. We are not compensated to write reports or promote coverage in our publications. The recommendations covered in STP are opinions and personal beliefs of the analysts that are writing such reports.
 
Ownership: Our staff may not purchase or sell a stock within 24 hours of our initial buy / sell recommendation. Additionally, our staff may not buy or sell a stock within 24 hours of our last published report on that security.
 
Stock rating systems: STP uses the following rating system. Strong Buy / Buy - means accumulate shares. Update / Hold means maintain position. SELL means close position.
 
Distribution of Ratings: In 2005, STP made 14 new recommendations. Currently, 5 stocks are rated Buy, 9 stocks are rated as SELL. In 2006, STP made 10 new recommendations. Currently, 5 stocks are rated Buy, and 5 stocks are rated as SELL. In 2007, STP made 8 new recommendations. Currently, 4 stocks are rated BUY and 4 stocks are rated SELL. As of 1/1/08, STP has initiated coverage on 12 new stocks for the year. Currently, 6 stocks are rated BUY and 6 stocks are rated SELL.
 
Price Targets: STP uses fundamental analysis when selecting stocks and determining price targets. In determining or establishing price targets our Firm considers a company's: Cash / Debt position, Cash Flow, P/E ratio, earnings / operating earnings (estimated and actual), growth potential, Book Value, Fair market valuation, Industry valuation, new product releases, Company / Management restructuring, Dividend increases / decreases.
 
Price Charts: STP employs Fundamental analysis when selecting stocks. All charts used in our reports are for visual purposes only.
 
Media / Public Appearances: Members of our staff regularly appear on TV / RADIO to give market commentary as well as discuss stocks that we cover in our reports. A list of these media appearances can be found on our web site. www.StockTradersPress.com. When available, our customers will be alerted of such media appearances beforehand via email and / or fax. During such media appearances, we will disclose any ownership in the stocks covered (as required).
 
Termination / Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, the subscriber will be charged a 30% cancellation fee. All 30 – 60 day, and discount subscriptions are non-refundable. All 3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions are refundable only within the first 10 days of service in writing.
 
Distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, recompile, de compile, distribute, publish, display, modify, transmit, or in any way exploit any part of the service, except that you may download or make one print copy of this service for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices are retained. The analysis and data included in STP may not be re-circulated, redistributed or published without prior written consent from STP. Modification of the service's content is a violation of STP copyright and will result is subscription termination and possible legal action.
